Military Strength Training • National Guard Fitness • Reserve PT Preparation • Body Transformation Stay Combat Ready. Train on Your Time. Look Good In and Out of Uniform. You serve your country. But who's helping you stay physically ready between military fitness assessments? Whether you're active duty, National Guard, Air National Guard, or a Reserve service member, Combat Ready provides structured strength training, conditioning, and muscle-building workouts to help you maintain your fitness and prepare for your next military PT test. No mandatory unit PT? No problem. For National Guard and Reserve members—often called weekend warriors—fitness preparation doesn't stop when drill weekend ends. Combat Ready helps you stay consistent with guided workouts you can follow on your own schedule. 16 Weeks of Military Fitness & Body Transformation Combat Ready is a 16-week, 3–5 day gym workout program for military men and women who want to: Build muscle and improve overall strength. Develop a lean, athletic physique. Improve muscular endurance and conditioning. Prepare for military physical fitness assessments. Track workouts and monitor their fitness progress. Look good in and out of uniform. Each workout is designed for approximately 60 minutes and includes guided exercises through the BodyXhibit App. Your Combat Ready Workout Split Day 1: Chest & Triceps Day 2: Legs & Glutes Day 3: Back & Biceps Day 4: Arms & Abs Day 5: Shoulders & Traps Complete the workouts that fit your schedule while working toward your strength, conditioning, and physique goals. PT Practice Test — Would You Pass Today? You shouldn't have to wait until your official military fitness assessment to find out where you stand. Combat Ready includes an optional PT Practice Test workout that you choose when you're ready to evaluate your performance. Practice the applicable fitness test events, record your results, compare them with current standards for your branch, and identify areas that need improvement. Your practice results help you estimate your readiness. They do not replace an official military fitness assessment. National Guard & Reserve Fitness Training One weekend a month doesn't mean fitness only matters one weekend a month. Combat Ready gives traditional National Guard members, Air National Guard members, and military Reservists a structured workout option between drill weekends. Whether you're preparing for your next PT test, maintaining military readiness, or working toward a stronger physique, you can continue training without depending on organized unit PT sessions.
