Air Force Ready is the military fitness and PT test tracking program built to help Airmen improve strength, conditioning, endurance, mobility, and total-body performance while staying physically prepared for duty, deployment, and today’s Air Force fitness standards. This program combines structured unit PT-style workouts, performance training, conditioning circuits, recovery work, and aesthetic-focused strength training to help members not only perform better but also build a stronger, leaner, more athletic physique.
