Hero X is a memorial-inspired fitness program created to honor the sacrifice, courage, and legacy of fallen military members, first responders, and American heroes through purposeful training and disciplined physical preparation. Inspired by Hero Workouts, military PT, tactical conditioning, and memorial fitness traditions, Hero X combines endurance training, strength work, bodyweight circuits, loaded carries, conditioning, and recovery into workouts designed to challenge both body and mindset.
